Dr. Logsdon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with highest honors in 1993. He went on to earn his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, in 1997. Dr. Logsdon completed his residency in internal medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He practiced internal medicine as a hospitalist at the Inpatient Care Unit of Baylor Irving Hospital. He performed his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. During his fellowship, he conducted research on stem cell transplant outcomes for patients with mantle cell lymphoma and investigated the use of mass spectrometry for protein-expression profiling of non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Dr. Logsdon is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology and hematology.
