About Kristen Millado, MD

Dr. Millado is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist. She specializes in treating solid tumors with advanced subspecialty expertise in genitourinary and gynecologic cancers. She is one of the specialists caring for patients at the Colorado Springs - Penrose Pavilion Cancer Center.

Favoring a collaborative approach, Dr. Millado is active in the genitourinary and gynecologic cancer tumor boards, presenting and reviewing patient cases with other cancer specialists such as surgeons, pathologists, and radiation oncologists. This multi-disciplinary team develops a personalized care plan to incorporate treatments, which can include immunotherapy, targeted therapy, surgery, or radiation.
