Patient Care Philosophy
Communication is key in medicine. From the moment I first meet a patient, I strive to communicate clearly and as often as needed to ensure that the patient, their family members, and the other members of their medical team understand the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan. I encourage my patients and their families to write down any questions or worries they have so that we can address them at each visit. By prioritizing each patient’s concerns, I learn about their individual needs and establish the trust needed to formulate the best plan for their specific diagnosis.
Cancer treatment is complex and requires a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve the best patient outcomes. Through research efforts and access to a national network of experts at the cutting edge of cancer treatment, our team at RMCC brings world class care to our community. I am proud to provide both expertise and compassionate care to my patients and their families.
