My patient care philosophy centers around shared decision-making and patient empowerment. I strongly believe and respect that patients know themselves and their bodies the best. Oncology can be very complex to navigate and is never ‘one size fits all.’ Therefore, my goal through every interaction is to empower both patients and families with a genuine understanding of their diagnosis and all options of care moving forward, and together work to find a course of care that honors their individual needs and desires and promotes the best possible quality of life attainable.
