Glenn Balasky

Glenn joined RMCC in 2014 with over 25 years of experience in oncology practice operations and management. He is involved at local, state, and national levels in regards to presenting his knowledge and insight at industry meetings, as well as working with congressional representatives on cancer-related issues. His commitment to making cancer care better at RMCC is demonstrated through his ability to identify, and find solutions to, complex problems. He believes that everyone is an important part of the team at RMCC, and each team member has an equally important role in helping patients through their healthcare journey. Outside of work, he enjoys running, cycling, and skiing and is very proud of the accomplishments of his wife and his two adult children.
Mike Jones

Mike recently joined RMCC in 2023 and brings a breadth of experience with over 20 years in healthcare, aerospace, and non-profit financial management. He is a strong proponent of driving efficient business operations to enable the organization’s ability to deliver cutting-edge care and improve patient lives. Mike and his wife are both Colorado natives and enjoy spending time in the outdoors with their son fishing, hiking, and the occasional round of golf.
Jane Chadwick

Jane is a dedicated HR leader, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare and legal industries. She believes in building and leveraging strong partnerships between human resources and operations to achieve a healthy culture for physicians and their teams to help ensure a positive patient experience. She has her master’s degree from Regis University in learning & development. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy their big dogs, entertaining friends, and traveling to far-flung destinations.

Rafael joined RMCC with 30 years of work experience in nuclear medicine and a master’s degree in health care administration/leadership skills. His focus is to implement processes that improve efficiency, customer service, and team-building. On his off-time, he enjoys auto racing, exploring the outdoors, and working on his ”honey do list.”

Christine joined RMCC in 2023 with more than 25 years of expertise steering marketing and creative teams at regional, national, and global organizations across diverse sectors including healthcare, fintech, nonprofit, and education. Her dedication lies in empowering healthcare consumers and patients to make informed decisions regarding their health. Beyond the professional realm, Christine finds joy in quality moments with family and friends, embarking on outdoor adventures with her husband and two beagles, and indulging in the captivating world of art auctions.

Marcus joined RMCC in 2011 and has over 25 years of experience in healthcare contracting for commercial health insurance, large hospital systems, physicians, and ancillary providers. He has worked with innovation to tie 92% of RMCC’s revenues to value-based care, while incorporating evidenced-based measures, patient experience, and patient-centered care. By upholding value-based principles, RMCC has proven results of reduction of costs, savings for the healthcare system, and improved quality of our patients' care. Marcus has lived in Colorado for 46 years and enjoys time with family, friends, and numerous outdoor activities.
Michelle Murphy

Michelle joined RMCC in 2023 as a seasoned executive leader with more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry. She will utilize her knowledge and experience to oversee day-to-day operations and execute the long-term vision of RMCC. She leads with passion to make a difference in the lives of our patients, team, and organization. Michelle graduated from the University of Delaware, in Newark DE. When away from work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, long walks with her pup, pickleball, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
Joni Richman, RN, BSN

Joni joined RMCC in 2015 with over 25 years of experience in oncology nursing and research. While working towards her degree in nursing, her last clinical experience was in oncology and she has never worked outside that therapeutic area. She was exposed to research early in her career and loves the constant change and learning that working in research provides. Her experiences with oncology patients have given her a sense of purpose and drive to improve the care RMCC gives. In her off-time, she can be found hanging out with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors or any of the many Colorado sporting events.

James Mann

James joined RMCC in April 2022. He brings experience in both inpatient and outpatient laboratory work flow. He is MLS certified through the ASCP and strives for patient and staff satisfaction by utilizing process improvement. He has called Colorado his home for 56 years and he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.

Scotty joined RMCC in 2021 with nearly 30 years of medical operations experience which includes 24 years in the Air Force. Scotty's focus is centered on physician, staff, and patient satisfaction with emphasis on quality and lean methodologies. Outside of work, Scotty enjoys being with his family, exploring the great Colorado outdoors, and spending countless hours antiquing.

For Angela, it’s all about making sure every patient receives the best possible care. Outside of work, she loves hiking, spending time with her family, and being a proud dog mom to her two goldendoodles.

Joey began her career with RMCC in 1999, starting in Thornton as phone operator. She worked all positions in the front office and RMCC's help desk until she accepted the role of office manager for Boulder. Her career with RMCC has grown over the years where she is now the practice administrator for RMCC Boulder, Lakewood, Longmont, Louisville, and Thornton. Joey's passion is operations with the use of enabling technology. In her free time she enjoys paddle boarding, scuba diving, hiking, and painting.

Mandi came to RMCC in 2017 with eight years of inpatient oncology experience. She became the Manager of Clinical Services in 2021 after fulfilling the role of an Infusion RN and Nursing Supervisor for Pueblo. Mandi is a Southern Colorado native and strives to improve the provision of community-based oncology care. She enjoys time with family at motorsport events, rodeos, and dance recitals.
